The Ultimate Personal Tour Of Scotland
On the ferry from Skye to Glenelg
Driving in the UK and Scotland in particular can be quite a daunting thought. Many of the roads are narrow, especially in the Highlands, so reaching some of the more remote and therefore less busy areas can be a challenge for those not used to driving on them.
An alternative is to join a tour on a coach, and there are many excellent operators who can arrange this for you. You are obviously restricted where you go by the itinerary of the tour and if you are interested in something special it may not be practical or possible to stop in a larger vehicle.
The solution, let me drive! We can discuss beforehand where you want to go, what you want to see and I am able to suggest other sites that you may not have considered or be aware of. Having our own vehicle means that we can change our minds and decide to go elsewhere or if we see something of interest we can stop. We can stop for pictures, coffee, shopping and anything else that appeals to you.
At Gleneagles hotel
I have access to a variety of cars and people carriers/mini-vans up to a maximum of 8 passengers.
