The week in Morzine

Its been a good week here in Morzine, though it didn't start well. the rain on Monday made for very wet skiers and it only snowed on the highest slopes. Since then it's been good and today was excellent. A good morning flitting back and forward between France and Switzerland gave some great skiing, the snow seems to be softening after being a little icy. After lunch Lisa (instructor) and I sped off down the Valley de la Manche at high speed to ensure we caught the hourly bus back to Morzine. Very good skiing on a variety of conditions, blue skies and sunshine makes everything feel better.
So its off to Courchevel tomorrow to begin another course but we dont start till Sunday evening so there will be time for a ski, maybe in Ste Foy. Its supposed to drop about a foot of snow tonight and tomorrow. Could be good on Sunday.
