Well, its new to me! I have been so bad at keeping this blog up to date I am going to try "twitter". Given that you can only post 140 characters at a time it means I don't have to get creative with compositions and can still post interesting bits and pieces.
It was a great ski season right to the bitter end in late April. I was in Tignes working with Inspired to Ski and we had good snow and great weather for most of the week even if it did get a bit slushy at the end of the day on the lower slopes.
The plan was to do some ski touring at the end but the weather changed and as i lleft the valley it was snowing at 1200m and apparently was pretty bad for for a while.
Got back to Edinburgh right at the end of April and went straight up north for a few days sea kayaking which was great. Really hope to do more this summer. Since then have done a bit of guiding work and quite a lot of flyfishing. Was in the NW last week and caught a few trout in the Applecross and Gairloch areas.
Am reall going to try and keep the twitter thing up to date, but if past record is anything to go by dont hold your breath.
